Kisalaya’s Extraction plant has a capacity of processing 300 MT herbs per month and is situated at Pithampur industrial area very near Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The latest technologies and machinery are installed in the extraction plant. The best Business Continuity Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning strategies have been incorporated to ensure efficient delivery of customer requirements.
Manufacturing Facilities and Production
The company has manufacturing facilities consisting of the following equipments.
- Crushing and other preparatory systems for herbs
- Semi continuous extraction systems
- Distillation Systems
- Filtration Systems
- Vacuum & spray drying systems
- Micro-pulverizing and sifting systems
- Controlled Packaging Area
All the requisite equipments are made of SS 316 and placed in manufacturing shed in such a manner as to ensure minimum bacterial and fungal contamination. The equipments are most modern and complementary. The manufacturing plant has its own in-house laboratory, where online testing is done along with rigorous testing of raw material and finished products.
Production is in 3 shifts over 24 hours and our production capacity is increased in keeping with the increasing demands from our customers.
